Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and included accessories, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact BuyZap with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
